Care Predict
Discover the Industry’s Best AI-Powered Digital Health Platform
At The Willows, we believe in always being at the forefront of senior care. That’s why we are proud to introduce CarePredict, a revolutionary system transforming how we understand and care for our residents. By monitoring unique digital biomarkers, we can now predict health declines, including risks of falls, UTIs, depression, and nutrition deficits. This proactive approach ensures our residents receive timely and tailored care, enhancing their well-being and peace of mind.
Central to the CarePredict system is the Tempo™ Wearable, a sophisticated wrist-worn device designed explicitly for seniors. Without being intrusive, the Tempo tracks activities such as eating, sleeping, and walking and even detects bathroom frequency and duration. Our caring staff is notified when the battery needs swapping, ensuring continuous monitoring. Additionally, over 200 Context Beacons installed across our facility provide precise location details of each resident. For instance, in a bathroom setting, the system increases the sensitivity of fall detection algorithms, given that most falls occur here.
But what truly sets CarePredict apart is its ability to deliver real-time insights to our care team. Through notifications, web dashboards, and detailed reports, our team can instantly address any potential risks or areas of concern. By leveraging the power of this groundbreaking technology, The Willows promises assisted living and an elevated living experience defined by safety, accuracy, and proactive care

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about The Willows, our services, and how we provide exceptional care for your loved ones.
What is “residential” assisted living?
When you picture an assisted living facility, you think of a building with many rooms (or apartments) and many people either working or living there. There is a big parking lot and a “directory” and elevators and a lot of things going on. While this may be the first choice for some, there might be those who prefer a more quiet, intimate environment.
Residential assisted living homes are located in neighborhoods and look just like a typical home. They are designed to give those living there a feeling that they are still “home”. There are many of the same things offered at a residential home as there are at a larger facility such as therapies, activities, meals, assistance with daily activities, and more.
What makes The Willows different from other assisted living facilities?
“Working in assisted living for the last 12 years, I was discouraged at what I saw in most facilities. Although they were clean and had many things going on, I knew that I did not want to send my loved ones to these homes. I thought ‘why couldn’t they just live somewhere that resembled an actual home and give her more one-on-one care?’ I want to make a home for the elderly that I would put my own Grandmother in.”
– Heather (co-founder of The Willows)
The Willows of Jackson is a residential home that provides care to seniors who require help with typical daily activities. Because the maximum number of occupants at our residential assisted living home is 16, The Willows has a lower resident-to-caregiver ratio. This means that resident needs can be met almost immediately when needed. The environment of The Willows is intimate and cozy, giving those who live there a feeling that they are not lost or forgotten in a large group of their peers. There are also options for quieter moments in the spacious private resident rooms.
Do you accept Medicaid?
No, we are a Private Pay home.
What are your terms of your leases?
We offer month-to-month rental agreements. There is no long-term commitment or “buy-in” to our assisted living buildings. If a resident decides to move out our home, for whatever reason, there is only a thirty (30) day notice required.
Do you accept Long Term Care Insurance?
Yes, we do!
Do you offer respite services?
Depending on resident occupancy, yes we will offer respite services as long as we have the room available. Fees will be discussed prior to move-in.
